Guten abend from Vienna!

Today was exhausting! Our day started with most people waking up early in order to solidify the theorems required for our midterm exam. The exam was challenging yet very fun. After the exam, we all headed back to the hotel to get packed up for our journey to Vienna. Everyone seemed to be worn out from the intense studying last night. At the same time, we were all very excited about our trip this weekend. After hours of relaxation in afternoon, we went to the Italian restaurant again because the food was so good! Lucas, Sam and Peter got Spaghetti Carbonara, and Michael got a seafood risotto.

After having dinner, we headed to Keleti Palyaudvar to catch our train bound for Vienna. Needless to say, we were all excited to explore a new European city. Unfortunately, the only feasible train ticket we could get was at 6:40PM, so we had a late start. The train ride was about 2.5 hours, so traveling took most of our evening. The train ride consisted of a combination of sleeping and playing games to spend the time. Although it was too dark for us to enjoy the natural scenery, we got a beautiful photo of train ride by Caitlin, who took the early afternoon train. (Picture on the bottom)

Because we got to Vienna late at night, we could not do much here. I hope to get a lot of pictures taken tomorrow!
